How MetaCogX-FZCO handles information across the QuantiKOL creator and research experience.

Information we collect

We collect information creators provide in applications, including contact details, country, social links or handles, community characteristics, stated audience profile and preferences. For accepted projects, we may also hold project participation, payment and performance records. Research participants receive study-specific notice before their information is collected.

How we use it

We use creator information to assess applications, qualify and match communities, send project invitations, administer accepted work, make payments, protect research quality and meet legal obligations. Optional marketing messages are sent only when separately selected.

Research and AI

We may use AI-assisted tools for matching, quality checks, transcription, synthesis, classification and analysis. We may create aggregated or de-identified insights to improve matching and research quality. We do not knowingly use confidential creator or client materials to train public or general-purpose AI models without written agreement.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with authorised QuantiKOL personnel, relevant service providers and project partners where needed for these purposes, or where law requires it. We retain records only as long as needed for the stated purpose, contractual obligations, legal requirements and dispute handling.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete applicable personal information. You can withdraw optional marketing consent at any time. Some records may need to be retained where law, payment, audit or contract requirements apply.

Security and international handling

We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards. Where information is handled across borders, we take steps appropriate to applicable UAE data-protection requirements.
